Key Responsibilities of a Cleaning Manager Supervise all cleaning activities across the site's facilities, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations.
Lead, manage, and develop a large team of cleaning staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures to meet hygiene and safety standards, including periodic cleaning programs.
Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold quality control and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines, including COSHH and risk assessments.
Liaise with stakeholders, including senior management and the client, to ensure contractual fulfilment and continuous satisfaction.
Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requirements and emergencies.
