Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented and commercial FP&A Manager to support the business as we continue with our growth strategy.
You will need fluent English communication skills, and have experience in the Global businesses where you have added value to the business.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage the budgeting and forecasting, generating accurate and timely financial results reporting and analysis.
- Assist with the compilation of KPI reporting to drive business growth - Develop financial models and analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives and provide support for Senior Management decision making.
- Partner with Product, Pricing and Marketing teams, providing financial insights related to existing/new product initiatives.
- Drive the automation process in this area to ensure information is easily accessible and relevant to future decision making - Establish and own the company's financial planning and analysis processes - Implement best practices in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy - Provide training and guidance to finance team members and budget holders on financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset - Excellence in stakeholder management - Strong business acumen and strategic thinking - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments - Clear communication and presentation skills - Experience implementing and managing FP&A systems Powered by JazzHR
