About the Role:
As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for the Hotel operations during the night shift which runs from 11 pm to 7 am.
You will be responsible for all tasks and duties during nights, ensuring that all tasks are complete to the highest standards.
The main responsibilities of the Night Supervisor can involve: Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer serviceGuest relationsResponsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties e.g.
first aidFront Office duties including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out of guestsSupervising the Nights porterFood & Beverage service at nightEnsuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standardContribute to the efficient running of the hotel.The ideal candidate should have the following: Previous Nights or hotel reception experience is essentialAt least 2 years' experience working within a customer / guest facing positionGood computer skills and knowledge of Opera would be an advantageExcellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others.A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a teamSuccessful candidate must have the following: Eligible to work in the UKMust be fluent in written and spoken EnglishAbout our culture: Dalata Hotel Group – Ireland's largest hotel group has a number of exciting positions on the horizon.
