Summary:
JOB DESCRIPTION: Delivers full research, pitches, and plans integrated into overarching projects with minimal assistance. Helps sales achieve revenue objectives by assisting clients in achieving business objectives. Plans and executes prioritized project work, including selecting methods to effectively achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities include providing input to project leadership when new sales opportunities arise, identifying creative solutions to defined problems, addressing escalated issues, determining the best person to resolve complex client issues, influencing team communication, building a network of key stakeholders, directing the sales contributions of others, coordinating timelines, goals, and objectives, and demonstrating expertise in specific industry verticals.
Key responsibilities under direction of Manager include aligning products with client marketing objectives, collaborating across teams to drive business growth, analyzing and identifying business opportunities, supporting Go-to-Market sales pitches and marketing collateral development, providing consulting on client strategy, generating insights for verticals, conducting consumer research, developing custom solutions, creating point-of-view documents, building dashboards, synthesizing data, reporting to clients, identifying opportunities to improve client performance, creating forward-thinking stories and narratives, acting as consultant for joint business plans, learning about client businesses, contributing to narrative development, participating in sales strategy discussions, and contributing to thought leadership on industry analysis.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 5 years of experience working with digital media or marketing/advertising solutions, 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, and experience with Ad networks, Demand Side Platform (DSP), Programmatic, and platforms.
Preferred qualifications include expert-level mastery of display and video platforms, strategic sales acumen and leadership, client partnership and consultation, in-depth media industry knowledge, competitive selling, executive-level relationship management, strategic project management, persuasive communication and presentation, and demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and develop effective strategies and client solutions.
