Project Implementation Manager
Join our forward-thinking business in Tralee and be part of delivering innovative software solutions to clients in the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors.
You will play a key role in establishing project scope and requirements, collaborating with both the client and our sales team. Once project deliverables are agreed, you will take full ownership of product development and delivery within scope, on time and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish project scope and gather requirements from clients in the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors.
* Develop and implement project plans, report on progress, and identify and escalate issues to management as needed.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to run effective stakeholder meetings and project reviews.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
* Willingsness to travel to clients for onsite meetings and training, with a full driving license.
* Desirable: degree-level education, project management experience, knowledge of project management tools and software, PMI/Prince certification, and competence with MS Office products.
