In this role, you will:

* Explain financial planning concepts in a manner that clients understand and differentiate services and offerings in a positive, compelling manner.
* Maximize cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
* Ensure all business converted fully complies with both internal and external regulatory and compliance standards.
* Agree and implement a client-specific financial plan for all new and existing customers.

We are looking for a self-starter who can demonstrate proactivity, efficient administration, time management, organization, and compliance skills. You will need the ability to utilize a wide range of business referral sources and proactively lead and respond to referrals while also exhibiting strong active listening and questioning techniques. Our ideal candidate will effectively address clients' needs and clearly link them to clients' financial goals and objectives, recognizing the appropriate solution to each client's situation while displaying the utmost integrity at all times.
We are looking for someone who clearly demonstrates industry knowledge and constantly strives to improve personal and technical knowledge while being well-informed on current economic and complex product questions. You will have a proven track record in a target-driven, sales-focused environment in the financial services sector.
