it involves:This team member will be tasked to deploying Adobe
Experience Manager (AEM) to power all our product brand experiences. This
individual will develop reusable integrations across our sites while ensuring
good governance practices are in place and standards are being followed.Work with
our digital designers, product specialists and business owners to create
dynamic applications and digital services across the Three Ireland platforms
both internal and customer facing.Use your
development skills to advise and consult on digital solutions based on business
requirements, leading the development, implementation and improvement of
technical services. Provide options, alternative solutions and suggestions
based on your technical expertise and knowledge of the digital sector with a
strong focus on UI and UX principles.Work with
external partners and agencies to assist with outsourced projects that may
require integration with internal systems or information feeds to be provided
or receivedParticipate
in team workshops, tech talks and brainstorming sessions to come up with better
processes, introduce new technologies and come up with great projects and
innovative solutions to drive the Digital team forward.Participate in the implementation of AEM including design, definition, and development of AEM content type models, workflows, templates, and components, and use permissions.Collaborating with product owners/business analyst for requirements and deadlines, doing design reviews and feasibility analysis with design/authoring team as well as with QA team.Setup and configure AEM authoring, publish, and dispatcher environment with Adobe recommended best practices.Integrate AEM with other marketing products like Assets, Target, Campaign, and other internal endpoints.Work closely with Digital Experience Team and vendor to ensure sound practices regarding site architecture, performance and reliability, and content delivery are in place.Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, Production environments and migrations.Work with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, jQuery, ReactJS).Follow best practices for secure web programming and deployment. Adhere to internal best practices with respect to coding standards, unit test coverage, automation, and continuous integration.Use BMC remedy portal for production deployment requests and INC tickets.Coordinate and orchestrate work for offshore developers.The Skills we are looking for:Adobe AEM Developer with strong Java/J2EE background in both front-end web design and AEM integration.5+ years of AEM 6.3 or above experience with 5+ full cycle AEM projects and at least 3+ years in Web Development experience.5+ years of strong web content management experience with Adobe AEM 6.3 or above.Experience with integrating AEM 6.3 or above with other products and vendors.Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, listeners, multifield dialogs, sightly and bundles.Experience with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, and DAM.Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (jQuery, Grunt, Bootstrap etc.), and CSS preprocessing platforms (SASS).Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.Benefits of Working at ThreeFlexible working with our new Hybrid model, our employees will enjoy more flexibility working from home and our office locations (3 days per week office based).
