Job Title: HR Generalist
Summary
Serve as the primary contact and advisor to managers and employees, providing a broad range of HR support and consulting services. Implement Human Resources policies, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide support in functional areas of HR, including employee relations, employment, talent management, labor relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, occupational health and/or training and development.
* Implement and administer corporate-wide HR initiatives, including localized HR programs and their dissemination through induction, employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
* Provide staff with consulting support and expertise in the investigation of new personnel programs, research into company-wide HR practices, policies and procedures, and preparation of reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.
Qualifications
* BS/BA or equivalent, 6 years plus experience in employee relations/human resources.
* Task orientated, able to adjust to multiple priorities in a short period of time.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
