We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our fast-paced, dynamic, and delivery-focused environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring consistency and excellence in project support while driving the adoption of project management practices and processes.
Role Purpose
Our 2030 IT plan is about putting our business in the best possible position to adopt leading technologies at pace, to ensure that we continue to grow and lead in our current markets and any new markets we enter. Your role in the IT PMO will play a key role in supporting these transformational initiatives over the coming years, ensuring our success and growth.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years PMO or Project Management experience. The IT PMO Analyst will support the IT Project Manager community, Finance community, and IT leadership.
Your activities in this role will include the following:
1. Supporting our IT Project Manager Community, Finance community, and IT leadership.
2. Administering our Demand, Capitol Acquisition Request and Resource Allocation processes.
3. Ensuring adherence to PMO standards, policies, and governance frameworks to maintain project consistency and control.
4. Providing data-driven insights from reports and dashboards to support decision-making at leadership levels.
5. Identifying and driving enhancements in PMO processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Providing training on Project Management tools and processes.
Minimum Requirements:
* IT Orientated Degree
* 3 to 4 years in Project or PMO support roles
* Waterfall and agile experience
* Experienced in guiding projects of varying sizes from ideation through to delivery
* Proven track record in delivery and exceeding expectations
* Excellent communicator, comfortable managing the expectations of IT Project/Programme Managers as well as senior management
* Strong teamwork, an ability to create, communicate and support a common vision and direction
* Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to confidently prioritise and complete tasks
* Ability to build and foster strong, trusted working relationships
* Contributes, promotes, and adopts new ideas and approaches
* Well organised and motivated
* Keen interest in learning
