Job Title: Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Dublin City South (30 minutes from City Centre)
Contract: Full time permanent 37.5 hrs per week
Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours.

Job Description: As a Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring vehicles for Clients. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Order Management: Managing the end-to-end order management process for new vehicles, ensuring adherence to procedures, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain optimal efficiencies.
2. Negotiation and Procurement: Establishing relationships with dealerships, wholesalers, and private sellers to negotiate favourable terms for vehicle purchases. Ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing for all acquisitions.
3. Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of vehicle inventory levels. Tracking deliveries and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new vehicles into the rental fleet.
4. Quality Assurance: Inspecting vehicles upon delivery to ensure they meet our client’s quality standards. Addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain the integrity of their rental fleet.
5. Documentation and Compliance: Managing all documentation related to vehicle purchases, including contracts, titles, and registration paperwork. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
6. Previous experience in a customer-centric role.
7. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favourable terms and pricing.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
9. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
10. Strong administration skills
