Job Title: German Customer Relationship Advisor
Dublin based role, 20 minutes from city centre, working for a hybrid model with 3 days WFH and 2 days WFO (6 months onsite training)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support service via phone, chat, and email that exceeds client expectations
* Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, liaising with other departments for support
* Ensure case ownership and follow up on caseload, liaising with internal departments to meet key metrics
* Ensure accuracy in all correspondence and update the system accordingly
* Undertake additional tasks as delegated by team leader, assisting internally with administration as required
* Be committed to learning and develop extensive product knowledge to provide correct and timely information to clients and customers
* Follow guidelines and policies, continually remaining updated
Requirements:
* Fluency in written and spoken German is essential
* Fluency in English (C1) for communication purposes
* Preferably 1 year's experience in a customer service-related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent multitasking and time-keeping skills
* Working towards targets and team KPIs in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible, able to work well as part of a team, and independently
* Able to solve problems and deal patiently with customers
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and eloquent writing skills in both languages
* Ability to commute to Dublin-based offices on a hybrid model
