Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain data-driven KPIs that support financial goals.
* Develop financial models to forecast outcomes of business decisions.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations as a business partner to key departments.
* Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
* Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management.
* Take a proactive approach to process improvement and development.
* Track operational metrics and provide business recommendations.
* Analyse financial information to identify trends and insights.
* Mentor team members through new processes and controls implementations.
* Perform ad hoc reporting tasks.
Key Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA or other accredited accounting body qualification, with 0-2 years PQE.
* 'Big 4' experience or experience in a large PLC environment is desirable.
* Proficiency in NetSuite Oracle and Excel is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are required.
