Your responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment life cycle for key business units across the firm.
* Proactively attracting and headhunting candidates directly via various methods.
* Promoting the employee referral scheme.
* Developing a good understanding of professional services.
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal clients and candidates.
* Short-listing applications and conducting competency-based interviews.
* Decrease cost per hire and time to hire metrics.
* Preparing and negotiating job offers.
* Providing quarterly stats to our hiring managers.
* Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for newly hired employees.
Your team:
The KPMG Resourcing Team forms part of the Human Resources department and consists of 18 people currently who are responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activity.
