Our client pride themselves on their culture and their products – this ethos has resulted in a continued period of growth, resulting in a newly created position for a Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly and monthly payrolls, covering approximately 200 employees.
* Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
* Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed.
* Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
* Assist the FC and FD with general accounting duties on an adhoc basis.
Experience Required:
* Minimum of 3 years payroll processing experience.
* Proficiency in payroll software and MS Suite, especially Excel.
* Strong understanding of payroll practices, tax regulations and compliance requirements.
* Confident communicator who can effectively collaborate with other departments and senior management.
* High attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
