The CRM Executive will play a key role in developing and optimising the customer relationship strategy by leveraging data insights to enhance engagement and drive customer loyalty. This role will focus on the execution of targeted marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and CRM analytics to maximise engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM systems, data-driven marketing, and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
* CRM Strategy Execution: Support the implementation of HRI’s CRM strategy, driving customer engagement and retention.
* Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage audience insights to create targeted marketing campaigns that enhance fan experience and increase attendance.
* Segmentation & Targeting: Utilise customer segmentation techniques to personalise communications and maximize marketing effectiveness.
* Reporting & Analytics: Deliver key insights on customer behaviour, campaign performance, and race day engagement, RMS and social through CRM data analysis.
* CRM System Management: Ensure optimal use of HRI’s CRM platform, supporting internal teams in effective data utilisation.
* Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate closely with the marketing, racecourse, and data insights teams to ensure a seamless, data-driven, and personalised fan experience.
* Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and ensure adherence to GDPR and data protection regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* A business-related third-level qualification or relevant work experience.
* 2+ years of experience using an email campaign management tool (e.g., DotDigital, Mailchimp) and ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 (preferred), Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
* Proven experience in CRM, database marketing, or customer insights.
* Analytical mindset with expertise in data segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
* Experience in email marketing and survey tools, with a focus on automation and personalisation.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Knowledge of the sports or entertainment industry is a plus.
