Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (EU Rotation)
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team on a range of Data Centre & Pharmaceutical Projects in Denmark.
The ideal candidate will be eligible to work in the EU without requiring a work permit and have a strong background in mechanical engineering, preferably with experience working with an M&E contractor in the UK or Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop mechanical system designs (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) to meet project requirements while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
* Oversee preconstruction activities, including health & safety, technical submissions, construction drawings, and project commissioning.
* Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure installations meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
* Manage procurement for mechanical packages and coordinate plant package reviews with the Procurement Manager.
* Collaborate with project teams to maintain schedules and deliver high-quality service.
* Coordinate mechanical services and builders work drawings with the Site/Project Manager.
* Oversee document control, including drawings, RFIs, Tech Sub Logs, schedules, and QA Packs.
* Support commissioning, subcontractor coordination, and certification uploads.
Requirements:
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
* 3+ years experience in a similar role.
* Experience working with an M&E contractor in the UK or Ireland is essential.
* Experience on Data Centres or Pharmaceutical builds would be ideal.
* IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
