Main Responsibilities
We are seeking a QA Assistant to support our Stability Management, Material Management/Supply Chain and QA teams. Key responsibilities include:
* Co-ordinating the stability program, including study activations, sample inventory, equipment monitoring and reporting.
* Packaging and preparation of products in the laboratory.
* Quality-related matters, including deviations and investigations.
* Generating Certificates of Analysis and Conformance to support shipping requirements.
* Reviewing laboratory notebooks and logs.
* Carrying out daily activities in compliance with site safety policy and procedures.
Key Objectives
The successful candidate will work effectively within the QA function to deliver on objectives, including:
* Site stability program co-ordination.
* Study management for stability program lots, timepoint pulls and completion.
* Development of Study Lot Details and creation of graphics on Darwin Stability Program.
* Monitoring stability units, alarm response and review of temperature/humidity trends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Hons BSc, MSc, Chemistry, Engineering, Quality or related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
* Language proficiency in English.
* System experience, particularly Veeva Vault, Trackwise, Darwin, SuccessFactors, MS Word, Excel and Teams.
