Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Manager to lead the operation and strategic direction of our finance systems. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency, integration, and continuous improvement of our financial processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee core finance systems, including general ledger, expenses, procurement, and fixed assets.
* Manage system integrations and ensure smooth operations.
* Lead system upgrades, troubleshooting, and liaise with IT teams.
* Provide user support, training, and maintain system documentation.
* Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
* Supervise and develop a team of two direct reports.
* Generate and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
* 4+ years' experience in finance systems management.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Experience with system upgrades or implementations (AI/RPA knowledge is a plus).
* Understanding of finance controls and process automation.
* Experience with Infor SunSystems and Infor Q&A is advantageous.
* Accounting or systems qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are a plus.
