The Position
As a Lettings Manager, you will oversee residential lettings and property management, with occasional involvement in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Previous experience as a lettings agent or in a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of service.
* At least 1 year of experience in property management.
* Possession of a current PSRA license - Category A, B & C.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Experience with Acquaint software (Beneficial).
* Owning a car and holding a valid driving license are essential for this position.
