The Role
This position involves managing the financial aspects of client entities. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparation of bookkeeping and accounts for clients.
* Preparation and submission of Value-Added Tax (VAT) returns to the relevant authorities.
* Monitoring bank accounts on a daily basis and allocating receipts to tenant accounts.
* Processing supplier invoices for landlord payments and collaborating with Property Managers to approve invoices for payment and provide expense analysis.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Rlevant accountancy qualifications, such as ATI certification.
* Previous experience working in property management is advantageous but not required.
* Excellent IT skills are essential for this position.
* An efficient, reliable, and thorough work ethic is necessary to excel in this role.
