Business Development Senior Manager/ Associate Director (Financial Services)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to support the strategic growth agenda of our Financial Services practice - across areas such as banking, asset management, insurance, leasing and private equity.

Your Responsibilities and Achievements
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting the Head of Financial Services and our FS Sector Leaders in the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy across key accounts and sectors.
* Driving best practice Account Management for priority Accounts: Assist in the identification of major growth opportunities and the development of appropriate strategies to target them.
* Driving cross-selling and upselling across key accounts - mapping client issues to KPMG solutions - bringing one KPMG to the client.
* Account based Marketing.
* Relationship mapping and CRM Management.
* Supporting in the identification and conversion of must-win opportunities, using best-practice sales management to increase win probability.
* Driving best-practice pipeline management - ensure good utilisation of pipeline and monthly dashboards to track revenue performance and win/loss analysis etc.
* Tracking and reporting on account and sector performance on a regular basis - produce pipeline and revenue dashboards for FS Markets and Sector Leadership.
* Executing focused action on cross-sector themes like KPMG Alliances, ESG, KPMG Law, AI etc.
* Supporting strategic inputs into significant pursuits - ensuring the value proposition is well articulated.
* Maintaining a good knowledge of the sector ecosystem within KPMG and ensure alignment with the firm's wider business strategy and also the EMA sector strategy
* Building strong relationships throughout the firm, locally and globally, in order to leverage joint go-to-market proposals and initiatives.
* Building network of strong working relationships across sector community - in particular with EMA Sector Leadership Community, Regional Sector Executives etc
