The successful appointee will be instrumental in developing a branch business plan with the Operations Manager and overseeing the daily implementation of the business plan in order to achieve branch revenue, sales and service goals.Knowledge & ExperiencePrevious Management experience – (minimum 5 years)Profit & Loss Accounts managementStock holding management – ie purchase ordering, goods in & outSales & Margin target managementA strong understanding of the kitchen industry, both trade & retail.Full competence with standard software packages, including MS Word, ExcelThird level degree in a commercial discipline is desirable but not essentialKey ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that the sales team provide a friendly, open and enthusiastic customer service both in person and on the phoneWorking with department managers and sales representatives to establish & continually meet their monthly sales targets and development objectivesWork closely with the Operations Manager to help drive the Branch's development.
