The Campus Technical Services Manager (TSM) will be responsible for:
1. Goal Zero – Embed EHS as a way of doing business. Enforce zero tolerance to unsafe working practices to target a goal zero accident rate.
2. Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery teams delivering key initiatives, and ensuring consistency in processes, systems, and reporting.
3. Ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of all facility engineering activities to meet all contractual obligations with respect to the Dublin Campus, including risk management and Crisis Management Support.
4. Support Sustainability objectives within the Dublin Campus and wider EMEA region.
5. Ensure MSA & KPI assurance, Local Legislation Compliance, Implementation of Corporate Initiatives, Implementation and evidencing of training and procedures to ISO standards including reporting on JLL and client platforms.
6. Be responsible for the direct management of all resources involved in the delivery of Engineering Services (e.g., recruitment, ethics, performance assessment, personal development, personal wellbeing, etc.), driving JLL's standing as employer of choice.
7. Support the development and ensure effective implementation of standard operating and maintenance procedures and processes for the account.
8. Drive client-specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking, and best practice, including EHS Risk Management.
9. Be responsible for the implementation of technology systems to support engineering and sustainability service delivery.
10. Lead the identification and/or the implementation of Sustainability Strategies.
11. Ensure Sustainability is embedded as a way of doing business throughout the EMEA Region and across all geographies, including the development and communication of Sustainability best practices.
12. Actively participate in the JLL ESS EMEA forum and Sustainability network.
13. Ensure adherence to the IFM/Account Master Service Agreement and all Engineering deliverables.
14. Be the single point of contact for LinkedIn covering all Engineering & Sustainability Services and as the primary escalation point.
15. Manage ES spend within agreed and assigned budgets.
16. Ensure effective and timely implementation of training plans to enhance and develop the skills of technicians to ensure they remain competent to carry out their assigned duties and reduce reliance on sub-suppliers.
17. Ensure Engineering Services is 100% certified by the recognized external governing organization where appropriate.
18. Ensure engineering practices are continuously compliant with legal, statutory, and contractual obligations and are being consistently executed in accordance with current JLL practice and best-in-class requirements.

This role requires flexibility in regard to working hours and the ability to travel.
Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering/Building Services/Sustainability Services.
2. Proven self-starter that consistently delivers to outcome specifications.
3. Proven experience of operating in a similar role and multi-cultural fast-paced tech environment.
