Cpl HR recruitment are looking to hire a HR Manager for a public sector client in Westmeath. This contract will be initially for 3 months, with the possibility to extend or be made permanent. This role will be fully onsite, over a 5 day week. Role and responsibilities will include: Provide strategic HR support and direction for the organisation Support with recruitment and retention initiatives Drive employee engagement programmes Guide on all areas of ER and IR cases and liaise with third parties when required Coach and develop HR team while creating and supporting with succession plans for the wider business Experience and skills required: 7+ years in HR in a progressive roles Experience in driving and leading a team Degree in HR or other related subject (level 8 or equivalent) Exposure to a complex working environment would be ideal Experience in the public sector would be an advantage Strong IR experience required If you are looking for a new HR position and have the relevant experience and living within commutable distance of Westmeath, get in touch today to find out more.
