Job Title: Human Resource Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR professional to join our team as a Human Resource Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist and support the HR team with administrative HR tasks.
* Point of contact for employees and managers, guiding and advising on employment matters.
* Process data changes for employees, including contract updates and employee relations cases.
* Support the performance and objective setting process, and design improvements to policies and procedures.
* Operate and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring consistency in policy application and attendance management.
Requirements:
* Level 8 qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Studies specialising in HRM.
* 1-2 years experience in a Graduate or demanding HR Administrative position.
* CIPD qualified or working towards.
* Proficiency in MS Suite / Google Suite.
* Previous experience of Workday would be advantageous.
