Overview
The role will involve running the complete payroll for approx. 300-350 employees. Experience in a similarly sized payroll and knowledge of Tax, PRSI, USC, compensation and benefits, protective leave, bonus, pensions etc. is a distinct advantage. This role requires strong excel skills so experience in excel in respect of v lookup, macros, pivot tables etc. is desired
Qualifications
Experience processing payroll preferably 1-2 years’ experience of full payroll runsIPASS Qualification preferableKnowledge of Sage Micropay a distinct advantageExcellent IT skills, in particular ExcelKnowledge and experience of Revenue-online-Services (R.O.S.)Excellent communication, organisational interpersonal skillsKnowledge of T&A Systems and payroll systems
Responsibilities
Administration of Advance Systems Time & AttendanceProcessing of hourly and salary (weekly) payroll using Sage MicropayDealing with compensation and benefitsProcessing all protective leave in keeping with the current legislationDealing with payroll related queriesComplete all month end payroll reportsCompletion of (CSO) reportsUpdating HRM system with employee information such as change of address, absence and holiday entries.General Payroll Administration
