Our client, a leading specialist in the Healthcare Distribution Industry, seeks a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Co. Offaly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided. This role serves as the main link between the business and its customers, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
This is a permanent position, working 9-5, Monday to Friday fully onsite, with the representative reporting directly into the sales director.
Main Responsibilities
* Key Account Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as the main interface between the business and the customer.
* Customer Relationship Building: Identify key decision-makers and organisational layers within customer accounts to establish and maintain strategic relationships.
* Solution Provision: Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and deliver customised solutions to meet their needs effectively.
* Order Management: Process sales orders accurately and on time, proactively managing order status to meet customer commitments.
* Quotation Preparation: Prepare and provide professional, timely quotations to customers while maintaining high standards of service.
* Reporting and Forecasting: Compile forecasts, account progress reports, and upsell activity updates for the sales director and other stakeholders as required.
* Product Updates: Regularly update customers on product developments, availability, regulatory changes, and other relevant updates, ensuring appropriate solutions are provided.
* Upsell Planning: Develop and implement upsell plans to drive growth, monitor progress, and forecast outcomes for management.
* Marketing Campaigns: Implement marketing campaigns as per the schedule, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
* Documentation: Ensure all documentation related to the role is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
* Company Representation: Represent the company professionally, fostering a culture of inclusiveness, trust, teamwork, and continuous improvement while collaborating effectively with internal departments.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with:
* A minimum of 2+ years in a customer service role.
* Microsoft package experience essential.
* Knowledge of Exchequer and One Page CRM.
* Excellent communication skills.
