We’re looking for a Product Strategy to join our growing TransUnion Spain team.
While this position does not have direct reports, it requires being able to exert influence across the organization and senior leadership to ensure the overall product portfolio is market-leading, operates correctly, and is well supported. Continuous communication with Product Delivery is essential for alignment.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
* Strategic Solution Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-5 year product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and objectives – including geographic expansions.
* Solution Profitability: Identify and prioritize solution initiatives that will drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
* Solution Adoption Strategies: Create and implement strategies to increase product adoption and customer retention.
* Solution Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and solution effectiveness
* Partner with solution and business heads in market to develop and execute solution development plans that will support revenue targets within geography.
* Engage in consultative support with select customers and prospects to further validate solution roadmaps and strategy.
* Support key solutions and respective positioning with targeted segments and geographies that includes collaboration with GTM team in developing and supporting content creation.
* Partner with Product Marketing team on supporting SME in the development of market content and potentially serve as SME/speaker in industry and client events
* Define product concepts and provide necessary information for new developments and adjustments.
* Work with Product Delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time, monitoring IT and Operations for deadlines and quality.
* Design and improve solution processes with critical stakeholders (support, operations, etc.) for proper product functionality, monitoring and delivery.
* Ensure smooth and effective client onboarding of solutions.
* Develop training plans and repositories to maintain up to date GTM solution knowledge and positioning.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record years of product management experience
* Progressive experience in financial services, data solutions or information services organizations
* Display business maturity, strong leadership, and listening skills with the ability to analyze input from clients, partners, internal teams, market and environmental trends, to identify and clearly articulate needs and opportunities for solution innovation and growth
* Analytical Expertise: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance
* Experience collaborating with and supporting Go-to-Market teams as solution SME
* Strategic-minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Independence, initiative, business acumen, and comfortable working on a highly matrixed environment.
* Ability to plan, schedule, and budget efficiently and productively, with a track record of managing complex projects with high performance and minimal supervision
