As part of the Saint-Gobain Group, Gyproc and Isover Ireland is seeking a VIE to join the team as a Customer Engagement & Events Manager to successfully increase customer engagement through digital platforms, customer loyalty programs & events, based on customer behavioural insights & data, that increases brand loyalty and a better customer experience.

As part of the team, your role will include:
* Customer Loyalty Program Manager: Designing and implementing loyalty programs that align with the company's goals and customer needs. Creating initiatives to engage members, such as promotions, rewards, and communication strategies. Analysing customer data to understand behaviour, preferences, and trends, which helps in tailoring the loyalty program.
* Website Management: Supporting the development, maintenance, and performance of a company's website. Managing website content, including updates, edits, and posts, ensuring that information is accurate, relevant, and engaging. Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines. Ensuring a positive user experience, tracking website performance and working with cross-functional teams to align website initiatives with overall business objectives.
* Creative Content Development: Developing compelling content, videos, case studies, and more. Collaborating with partner agencies to bring our documentation to life.
* PIM/DAM Management: Overseeing Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems to optimise our processes and ensure data integrity. Helping with the integration of PIM and DAM with our brand websites.
This is a 12-month mission, extendable once.

* You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
* You have a first experience with digital development projects.
* Some exposure to Salesforce, any PIM or DAM system would be nice to have.
* You are curious, detail-oriented and proactive.
* You are recognized for being a team player and for your adaptability to various stakeholders and environments.
* You have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* You have a can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
* You have a good written level of English (C1 required). Our Irish team is excellent at accommodating individuals who don't speak English as a first language, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
You will be part of the Brand & Customer Engagement Team (3 people) and will work with a lot of other local and international teams across Saint-Gobain.
