Job Title - HR Manager Location - Dublin City Type - Permanent - Hybrid Job Description This role with a leading engineering company based in Dublin is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a small team.
Responsibilities Represent and support the HR team in providing excellent HR services to the organisation Partner with the Head of HR and other stakeholders to ensure timely development and implementation of new HR policies and initiatives, ensuring they are implemented successfully while adhering to employment legislation and best practices Develop, lead and implement HR projects in line with the company's culture, mission, vision and values, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives Partner with managers and provide coaching on all decision-making processes, ensuring that they are consistent with the HR framework Support and manage responsibilities for the entire employee lifecycle, including performance management, reward and recognition, training, compliance, and employee relations.
Partnering with payroll to ensure that they have all relevant employee information Manage the recruitment and retention elements of the employee lifecycle with the wider HR team to ensure company headcount growth goals are achieved Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent 10+ years relevant HR experience Previous experience managing people, presenting and reporting on HR data Organised, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative often in an obscure environment Confident managing sensitive, time-bound issues and recognizing the need to drive value from a HR perspective Ability to work with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Deep understanding of Irish Employment Law Desirable Skills HR experience of working with employees outside of Ireland Skills: Human Resources Manager Business Partner
