Location
This new role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements within Ireland!
What You'll Do:
Our Data & Analytics team (D&A) team consists of these main data pillars: Data Solution Architecture, Data Ops, AI/ML, Analytics Delivery and Data Management. The D&A team is modernizing both the technical environment and how it develops data solutions to our partners and as such, are looking to add passionate, seasoned data professionals to help our stakeholders in driving actionable insights on a trusted data platform.
As our new Manager, Analytics Delivery you will provide technical leadership in the development of high quality Data product deliverables primarily in the analytics development space (but not exclusively). You will deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders during the design, build and maintain phase of execution.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Responsible for the delivery and visibility of data solutions to enable analytics for your respective Business Unit, including data engineering, data management or AI requirements.
* Advocate to improve data literacy of your stakeholders – through training, knowledge base and best practices
* Participate in solution design and discussion with various Data and IT Teams
* Manage full time and contract resources (Data Analytics + Analytics Engineers)
What you'll bring:
* At least 5 years of working with various BI technologies, Data Warehousing, Analytics Delivery & Data Modelling
* 3 years in various data leadership roles (architect, lead) as well as management (people, program)
* Experience working with agile methodology, including leading scrums, agile teams
* Working in an Agile framework
* CPG industry experience is a nice to have
* Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field preferred.
