Our client is a leading provider of educational technology and solutions. They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support their growing business.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building a marketing strategy aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, they will oversee the implementation, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and execute the marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
* Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
* Oversee the performance of the Marketing Assistant role, including managing KPIs.
* Plan and deliver traditional and digital campaigns to drive lead generation through all marketing channels.
* Collaborate with vendors such as Apple, Microsoft, Google, and Lego to maximize support for company activities and develop joint go-to-market campaigns.
* Organize events like field trips, roadshows, and education conferences.
* Ensure the company's digital footprint – website, social media, blogs, etc. – is aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Deliver key ROI insights back to the business from campaigns and events.
Job Requirements:
To succeed in this fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
* A degree in Marketing or a similar qualification is an advantage.
* At least 7 years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably in the technology or education sector.
* A proven track record of success in a marketing role.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in social media advertising platforms.
* Expertise in graphic design is desirable but not essential.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
* Strong written and verbal skills with great attention to detail are essential.
* Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative.
* Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken.
* Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Teams, and Dynamics.
