Highly skilled Legal PA sought to support the Corporate Department of a Top Tier Law Firm in Dublin. The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and fee earners, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The Role
* Drafting, amending, and preparing correspondence and documentation to a high standard, adhering to house style and meeting tight deadlines.
* Client invoicing – drafting narratives, preparing reports, and tailoring to client specifications through e-billing.
* Maintaining and archiving files – hard and soft copy.
* Organising travel arrangements.
* Diary management.
* Performing secretarial, administrative, and ad hoc tasks as requested.
* Inputting and reporting on Business Development data in Interaction CRM system.
* Compiling Business Development documentation for new client meetings.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of relevant experience.
* Strong MS Office skills and good typing speed.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Experience working with Document Management and Billing Systems.
* Good experience with Digital Dictation systems.
* A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
