The Salesforce Integration Specialist will work closely with various teams to design, implement, and manage Salesforce integrations that support our business processes. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing integration solutions, and ensuring that Salesforce operates seamlessly with other software systems.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce integration, with a strong background in API integration, data mapping, and middleware solutions.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce), integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica), and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* US Citizen or Greencard Only
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Communities, and Salesforce CPQ.
* Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices in the context of system integrations.
* Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
