The Shop Floor Manager Role
This role is responsible for leading and supporting a team of people to deliver the best 'home' shopping trip for our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create an inspiring and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers.
* Ensure the store is managed effectively when the Store Manager/Deputy Manager are not present.
* Train and validate team members in their roles.
* Foster a culture of two-way communication, trust, and open feedback.
* Celebrate great service and address poor performance when necessary.
* Manage stock control activities, warehouse layout, and processes to ensure efficient routines.
* Root cause incorrect prices, overcharges, refunds, and label routines to maintain customer accuracy.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
* Adaptable and agile thinking.
* Previous Retail Experience preferred in a similar role.
