Regional Support Manager Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Support Manager to join our leading healthcare provider and make a real impact in delivering exceptional care.
About the Role:
The Regional Support Manager will play a pivotal role in providing leadership, guidance, and operational support across a network of healthcare homes.
* This position will primarily focus on the Southern region but will also extend support to homes in other regions when required.
* In this role, you will collaborate closely with Home and Regional Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, adherence to regulatory standards, and strong business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate in the development and implementation of service improvement plans that drive better outcomes in care standards for residents and their families.
2. Work with the Regional Manager to implement evidence-based, high-impact changes to support budget management, agency control, and recruitment efforts, applying best practices in change management for sustainable improvement.
3. Continually identify areas for improvement, devise the best approaches, and select the necessary tools to drive changes.
This role requires a compassionate Registered Nurse with a background in regional management, who is keen to make a positive impact on the delivery of care.
You will have the opportunity to lead bespoke service improvement projects across all homes and services, and assume full accountability and management responsibility for a Home when required.

Additional requirements include a good understanding of key business activities within a care home setting, and demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a demanding role.
Suitable candidates must hold an active UK NMC PIN and be eligible for an Enhanced DBS check.
