of role
To provide a professional and effective administrative service to the Dublin branch of Corebridge Financial Institutional Investments. This is a 12 month contract role.
Responsibilities
1. Day to day provision of executive support to Managing Director & Management of the Dublin branch.
2. Act as primary contact for general administration queries from staff within the Dublin branch.
3. Assist with International travelers to Dublin office.
4. Manage accounts and relationships with Taxi, Courier, Stationary and all other related service providers ensuring that high quality services are provided to Dublin branch.
5. Review supplier’s charges & rates as cost saving exercise on an annual basis for all vendors.
6. Distribution of daily post for Dublin operation.
7. Co-ordinate, bind and courier client reports to clients within agreed time frames for business departments.
8. Recall and send archive documents off-site.
9. Manage Meeting Room Booking System.
10. Manage Car Park Rotation System and deal with any issues that arise.
11. Assist with organizing corporate events.
12. Responsible for overseeing that stationery stock levels are maintained on both floors placing orders promptly and as necessary.
13. Organise refreshments for internal meetings as required.
14. ADHOC administration.
15. Liaise with Building Manager with regard to all maintenance issues i.e., heating, contract cleaners etc
Experience
16. Minimum of 3+ years’ experience within a similar administrative support role
17. Ability to work within specified timeframes.
18. Computer literate particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
19. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
