National Account Manager - FMCG
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)
About the Role
We are seeking a National Account Manager to join our client, a leading Multi National Company. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Manager or National Account Manager to join a leading organisation within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales across various product lines.
* Negotiate contracts, plans, and promotional activities with customers.
* Act as the customer's advocate, fostering a customer-focused culture.
* Lead customer projects to deliver exceptional results.
* Analyze performance and trends to provide insights and drive improvements.
* Manage key performance metrics, including product listings, distribution, promotions, and revenue.
* Ensure effective communication across departments on collaborative projects.
* Handle administrative tasks and manage budgets responsibly.
Requirements
* Proven experience in account management with a track record of success.
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* Experience managing budgets and promotional activities.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Self-motivated and excellent levels of energy and drive and passion.
* A capacity to act quickly and keep decision making simple, not afraid to make decisions and have a natural curiosity to change.
* Hybrid working with ability to commute to the Citywest office at least twice per week.
Estimated Salary
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum
