Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Officer (Grade III) to provide administration support to a Healthcare Service in Castleisland, Co. Kerry.
About the Role:
* Manage emails and correspondence effectively
* Update shared folders in a timely manner
* Liaise with family members to ensure seamless communication
* Handle phone calls and field/take messages as appropriate
* Maintain and input statistics into Excel spreadsheets
* Prepare and upload files to the database accurately
* Support with roster management tasks
Requirements:
* At least 6 months of professional clerical/administration experience
* Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset but not essential
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent phone manner and ability to handle difficult calls
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
