Company Overview
KSN Energy Ltd is the operations management company for the BER Auditing scheme run by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI). SEAI operates a Quality Assurance Scheme which involves auditing of assessors and assessments to ensure a quality service is provided to the market and to protect the integrity of the scheme.
Position Overview
As a SEAI BER auditor, you will be responsible for the auditing of assessors and assessments to ensure a quality service is being provided to the market and to protect the integrity of the scheme.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Auditing BER Assessments from SEAI registered BER Assessors.
* Audits include:
o Data Audits
o Desk Review Audits
o Documentation and Practice Audits
o Other audit types as they arise or develop
* Arranging appointments with BER assessors
* Completion of full BER site surveys
* Review of documentary evidence on site and provided by BER assessor to review compliance
* Completion of audit reports detailing non-compliances (where appropriate)
* Completion of administrative processing of audit documentation
* Provision of Technical Support
* Supporting on BER QA workshops
* Preparation of Technical bulletins and webinars
* Identification of process improvements
* Providing assistance to BER Auditing scheme manager and SEAI
BER Auditors are not permitted to operate as a BER Assessor while working as a BER Auditor and will be marked inactive on the BER public register of assessors.
Minimum Requirements
* Previously or currently registered as a domestic or non-domestic BER assessor.
* Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
* Level 8 National Framework of Qualifications Award or equivalent accredited qualification from another EU state in a relevant discipline.

* Capacity to handle a high volume of workload and complete in an accurate manner
