High-Performing Business Transformation Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital Centre of Excellence, focusing on delivering effective customer communication campaigns and supporting regulatory and Go-To-Market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute customer communication campaigns via email, SMS, letters, and social media.
* Collaborate with external design agencies and internal stakeholders to develop customer-facing materials.
* Manage working groups to align efforts across communication campaigns.
* Update product pages and website content in line with regulatory changes.
* Document key processes and briefs (e.g., Agile Briefs, Marketing Briefs).
* E nsure risk and compliance standards are met while delivering best-in-class solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume communication projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
* Flexibility to work in an agile delivery model.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in producing engaging content.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years in a similar business analysis role.
* Experience in delivering customer communication campaigns.
