Insurance Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and convert leads into sales to achieve and exceed individual targets.
* Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing customers.
* Build strong relationships with customers.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date data on the applied relay system.
* Handle customer requests efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Process leads, quotations, and new business policies with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of the Applied System (Relay) is advantageous.
* Clear and proficient communication and negotiation skills.
* Motivation and a positive attitude.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines insurance.
* Full or part APA qualification, further exams will be supported.
