Brief Description of the Role
Oversight of a team of four administrative staff who book appointments is a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring Appointments are Booked Appropriately
* Managing Clinics to Optimize Booking Capacity
* Assisting with Booking Appointments and Inputting Referrals as Required
* Auditing All Team Work for Quality and Efficiency
* Completing Time Returns in a Timely Manner
* Returning Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Data as Needed
* Deputizing for the Service Manager as Required

Additional tasks will be assigned based on business needs and requirements.
