Global Payroll Senior Analyst (Contract)
As an integral member of Logitech Finance, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic Payroll team responsible for multiple payroll processes across the EMEA region.

* Manage the accurate and timely processing of Logitech's end to end payroll cycle across several countries in the EMEA region.
* Validate and own all inputs to the payroll processes ensuring the complete and accurate transfer of data to the in-country payroll provider.
* Validate and own all outputs from the payroll process, reviewing preliminary payroll calculations from the payroll provider before advising final approvals for each payroll.
* Delivery of payroll funds into employee accounts as well as depositing income and social taxes, benefit plan obligations and other deductions as required.
* Be the key multi-country POC for employee and key internal stakeholder queries.
* Ensure the accurate and timely performance of payroll fiscal close procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations, while working with the wider Finance team to resolve exceptions.
* Partner with key internal stakeholders, including People Services, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, Stock Administration and Finance in troubleshooting issues and collaboratively working towards developing optimum processes and service delivery.
* Key interface with Logitech's external payroll partner ensuring optimum service levels and alignment with Logitech payroll's internal roadmap for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
* Ensure compliance with payroll internal controls and continuously review the control environment and compliance mechanisms to ensure payrolls are compliant with local regulations.
* Work with key external stakeholders and keep updated on tax and payroll related regulations.
* Assist with Internal, External and Statutory audit payroll related requests.
* Develop ad-hoc management reporting as needed.
Key Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience in multi-country payroll administration
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent payroll related qualification
* Understand full payroll cycle through to GL bookings and ability to present meaningful commentary on payroll account reconciliations and flux.
* High proficiency in Payroll software/Google Workspace and knowledge of HRIS tools.
* Advanced Excel experience working with large data sets with experience in data analytics a plus!
* Customer service focus with the ability and sound judgment to handle highly sensitive information.
* Process improvement mindset: have a passion for reengineering payroll processes in implementing a first-class payroll service.
* Keen interest in digital transformation/automation tools - AI, ML, RPA and the potential impact they have in transforming a payroll process for a large organization, eliminating manual processes and enabling value-add decision making around enhancing the workforce and improving employee experience.
* Excellent organization and communication skills.
* Proven experience in collaborating with different stakeholders and in driving towards optimum solutions.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment where adaptability is key.
