The successful candidate would also be required to work occasionally in the deli /fresh food section of our Centra store.
The ideal candidate will have/be: One or more years of experience working in a Fast-Food environmentThe ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment & to multitask under pressureAn understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targetsStrong knowledge and experience of reading and actioning reportsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Highly driven with a strong work ethicPrevious customer service experience is an advantageHACCP training is an advantage but not necessaryMain duties: Oversee and ensure the smooth running of our dinerSet, monitor, and achieve sales targets with the team on gross profit margin, net margin, waste and other KPIs as agreed with OwnerManage employee rostering and annual leave and maintain accurate and secure recordsEnsure merchandising and presentation of diner is always of the highest standard and in accordance with relevant planograms and guidelinesDevelop and promote good communication between employees and management in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environmentDeal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and consistent with diner policyEngage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working
