Job Title: Mechanical BIM Engineer Location: Dublin / Wicklow / Carlow / Wexford Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: Our client is currently seeking a skilled Mechanical BIM Engineer based in Ireland to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and coordination of mechanical building services using both 2D CAD and Revit software. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, working on a variety of HVAC projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed mechanical BIM models using Revit and 2D CAD software. Coordinate mechanical systems with other building services and architectural/structural elements. Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery. Participate in clash detection and resolution using BIM coordination tools. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and drawings throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and procedures. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building regulations and project specifications. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar BIM/Mechanical role. Proficient in Revit MEP and 2D AutoCAD. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and previous experience working on commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
