We are currently recruiting for a CRM Manager to join our Marketing & Digital Team.
The ideal candidate:
1. 3+ years’ experience in a CRM role, with proven success in developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies.
2. Strong track record of using multiple data sources to translate data into actionable customer insights to power business decision making.
3. Proactive, self-starter, team player, and confident in collaboration with stakeholders across the business to deliver results.
4. Strong understanding of customer behaviour and value drivers in retention models.
5. Confidence using email and marketing automation ESP platforms, on-site personalisation, SMS, and direct mail.
6. Analytical with a process-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
7. Strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
8. Ability to create effective plans, prioritise work, anticipate obstacles, and monitor performance against the plan.
Main role responsibilities include:
1. Manage and develop a customer data analyst.
2. Develop, implement, and manage retention marketing tactics for an omni-channel business to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.
3. Analyse customer data and report performance insights alongside recommending improvements to enhance retention and drive frequency.
4. Plan, manage, and drive growth in our CRM base and customer data in an omni-channel environment.
5. Support the Marketing and Digital Director on strategic planning and budget decisions.
6. Support optimisation of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting, and content.
7. Develop creative briefs and assign to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
8. Manage third-party technology partners and drive a strategic roadmap for improvements and development of our technology to improve customer experience.
9. Assist and advise on personalised targeting and content when required.
10. Lead and analyse A/B testing to optimise engagement.
11. Support operations on monitoring NPS and areas where we have customer feedback to improve this.
12. Monitor competitor campaigns to inform and shape future strategy and tactics.
