Main Responsibilities:
* Manage customer queries via phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
* Aquire and accurately capture and update essential customer information.
* Offer clear, informative, and expert advice on Calor services with confidence and positivity.
* Resolve customer issues promptly to satisfaction.
* Ensure administrative and reporting tasks align with established processes and procedures.
* Pursue outbound customer campaigns as needed.
* Perform ad hoc duties involving direct contact and support for other departments.
Requirements:
* Consistently meet performance targets and standards for productivity, schedule adherence, turnaround times, and quality.
* Strong administration skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to multitask.
* Relevant customer service experience is advantageous.
* Excellent phone etiquette with attention to detail regarding data accuracy.
* Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage pressure effectively.
