Administrator, Clerical officer Grade III required for a public sector body in Naas
Details:
* 35 Hours per week
* Immediate start
* Temporary position – initial 3 month contract.
* €16.93 per hour
Duties include:
* Compliance management
* Invoice Verification – verifying scanned/emailed invoice data covering Ireland areas
* Returning rejected invoices (no P.O. quoted etc) to vendors by post and email
* Matching invoices to Purchase orders; investigating and communicating with Buyers and vendors to resolve queries
* Reviewing files and updating the database accordingly.
* Data entry and Data management
* Record management
* Updating files - contracts, staff files
* General clerical work e.g., filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with queries and emails.
* Maintaining confidential and high-quality records in a thorough and organised manner.
* Processing client information at the highest level of discretion.
Job Requirements:
* 2 years administration or clerical experience.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
