The Cedar Foundation is seeking a Team Leader (Night Awake) to join our team.
Job Summary
This role involves working as part of the management team and supporting the Registered Manager to meet regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have experience in a social care setting, a strong understanding of learning and physical disabilities, and excellent IT skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans and risk assessments.
* Ensure the delivery of quality care and support.
* Mentor and supervise the Support Team.
Requirements
* GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent.
* Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Two years' experience in a social care setting providing support/care.

* Annual leave: 6.4 weeks (pro rata) increasing to 7.4 weeks after 5 years and 7.8 weeks after 10 years.
